Dear Friends and Family,
I hope you are well! Time flies by doesn’t it? I wanted to take time to share with you what God has been doing in my life. Recently, God has been working wonders in and through me. Just in this past year alone, God has answered countless prayers of my friends, changed my behavior and attitude towards others and has tested me to love when difficult. For a couple of years I’ve had a desire to go on missions, but unfortunately my studies were in the way. This year is DIFFERENT! I have been called to go to the Dominican Republic and work for His Kingdom.
Our church, Harvest, has been partnering with the Dominican Republic for many years now. Harvest has contributed in multiple ways, such as, prayer, financial giving, encouragement, and by sending short-term missionaries. This June, I and 17 other members are fortunate enough to be going to the DR from the 19th of June til the 28th. Our short time there encourages the long-term workers that we’ve supported. We as a team hope and pray that us going will encourage our missionaries and the people of the DR.
One of my favorite pastors always says, “When you work, you work, but when you pray, God works.” As this quote resonates within, please please please consider teaming up with us in prayer! We’re going to need it!
